Garage Floor Coatings in Selma and Schertz
We install garage floor coatings in Selma, Schertz and Cibolo in full flake, partial flake, solid color, metallic and quartz, finished with a polyaspartic top coat. The same systems go in workshops, home gyms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, barns and sheds.

Polished Concrete and Concrete Stains for Kitchens and Living Rooms
We grind and polish or grind and seal concrete, and we acid stain or water stain it indoors and out. For kitchens and living rooms, Adam usually recommends stained concrete because it's durable and easy to maintain and repair.

Pool Deck, Patio and Driveway Resurfacing
We resurface pool decks, patios, driveways, walkways and porches with spray knockdown, stamped, stenciled, microtopping and self-leveling overlays. Spray knockdown, the cool deck style finish, is one of our most common jobs.

Commercial Floor Coatings for Shops, Kitchens and Warehouses
We coat warehouses, auto shops, restaurant kitchens, retail stores, gyms, offices, breweries, medical offices, churches and schools. Commercial kitchens get urethane cement, and we schedule commercial work around your business hours.

What Every Superior Epoxy Coatings Job Includes
A Free Estimate and a Price on the Spot
Adam measures the floor, checks the concrete and brings color samples. He gives you a price at the estimate, and booking that day saves up to 10%.
Diamond Grinding Before Every Coating
We grind the concrete instead of acid etching it. Grinding works like sanding wood before you paint it and opens up the pores so the coating has more to grab.
A Moisture Vapor Barrier in Every Full System
Every full system floor starts with a moisture vapor barrier coat. Moisture coming up through concrete builds pressure that can push a coating loose, and the barrier coat stops it.
A Warranty on Garage Floors and Overlays
Full system residential garage floors carry a limited lifetime warranty. Exterior overlays carry a 1 year warranty, with discounted repairs after that.

Concrete Coating Questions From Selma and Schertz Owners
Do you grind the concrete before coating it?
Yes, on almost every floor. Diamond grinding removes the worn top layer and opens up the pores of the concrete so the coating bonds. The only floors we skip are new slabs the concrete finisher left ready for stain.
Do you acid etch?
No. Acid etching uses muriatic acid to rough up the concrete, and it weakens the top layer. Diamond grinding does the same job without weakening the slab, so we grind every floor that needs prep.
Do I need a moisture test?
No. Every full system floor includes a moisture vapor barrier coat, so there's no need to test. Homes built after about 1990 rarely have moisture problems, and the barrier coat covers the ones that do.
Can you remove tile or carpet first?
Yes. We take up old tile and carpet before coating. At homes we use a hammer drill and scraper, and on commercial jobs we rent a ride-on machine to take the tile up faster.
Do you repair cracks before coating?
Yes. We fill cracks and pitting and fill control joints before the coating goes down. Cracks caused by a shifting foundation can return over time, because that movement happens in the concrete under the coating.
Is the floor safe indoors once it cures?
Yes. The epoxies we use are low VOC, and our polyaspartic is low VOC and high solids, so the smell is low. Some of our materials are tested food-grade safe and used in commercial kitchens.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. We coat warehouses, auto shops, restaurant kitchens, retail stores, gyms, offices and more. We schedule commercial jobs around your business hours, and we travel beyond Bexar and Travis County for commercial work.
